To all Racers, We apologise for the delays in posting the penalties/results!

We use a progressive penalty system regarding track cuts:
    • 0 to 2 cuts = multiplier x3 seconds
    • 3 to 5 cuts = multiplier x5 seconds
    • 5 or more = multiplier x10 seconds

The penalties for the 1st race of the M235i Cup (Silverstone International) are the following:
    • Driver Niki Djakovic receives a 20 second penalty for violating rule 6.1
    • Driver Jack Keithley receives a 90 second penalty for violating rule 6.1
    • Driver Hany Alsabti receives a 150 second penalty for violating rule 6.1
    • Driver Paul Patrick receives a 240 second penalty for violating rule 6.1
    • Driver Fernando Gutierrez receives a 270 second penalty for violating rule 6.1
    • Driver Jack Keithley receives a 10 second penalty for violating rule 6.3C

Penalties are given only if the staff receives a report within 24 hours after the end of the race. The report then gets examined by the staff members and they reach a unanimous decision. No report = no penalty.
    -------------

These decisions are final and cannot be reversed.

    Dear Racers,

FYI a cut (and therefore a penalty) can be rectified by lifting off the gas and slowing for a reasonable amount of time after you have cut the corner.

It's our task as the race directors of this series to create a level playing field for all the drivers. Unfortunately due to absence of incident reports we had no other option than to check the entire field for irregularities to ensure that all drivers race fair under the same conditions. We WILL not accept any more persistent track limit abuse, and request that you guys file reports if you see incidents that disadvantage you in future races.

These findings are to create a fair level playing ground for all racers and are determined to stamp out this blatant track limit abuse!

    Please find the results below:

We use a progressive penalty system regarding track cuts:
    • 0 to 2 cuts = multiplier x3 seconds

The penalties for the 2nd race of the M235i Cup (Donington Park National) are the following:

The stewards have agreed not to hand out any penalty at all for race 4 at the Nurburgring Sprint.
All send in reports were either rated as racing incidents or as submitted too late.
