Imola is a very technical track and has many tricky parts! Let's review some of them.

    imola-invalid-1.jpg
The first part of Variante del Tamburello can be easily cut without really noticing, so be extra careful and check your practice replays to adjust your line accordingly!

    imola-invalid-2.jpg
Same goes with Variante Villeneuve. If you go deep inside, there is a high chance you are driving off track. Be extra careful at the corner exit too!

    imola-invalid-3.jpg
The uphill part of Acque Minerali is tricky too. Very tempting to go straight there. Please don't. :)

    imola-invalid-4.jpg
    imola-invalid-5.jpg
The slowest part of the track, Variante Alta, is a candidate for cutting and going wide at its exit. Again, check your lines (before the event!) to ensure you stay on track with at least 2 tyres.

These were just some examples. We should stay inside the track limits at all parts of the track -either they are the inside of a turn or the corner exit- with at least 2 tyres.

Mistakes under pressure are very common of course. If you cut / go wide, please lift your throttle off (0%) for a reasonable amount of time (not just some milliseconds). That way we can maintain a fair level of play for everyone. :)

Why can't there be realistic suspension damage? :p
Go over a big curb or huge bump 2-3-5 times, then start suffering from wheel misalignment.

Technically, the white line isn't an invisible wall as you can legally cross it. Just not with more than 2 wheels :)

It should be an exciting race. Hopefully no more cheating cutting though. Looking forward to watching it. :geek:

edit: seems my use of adjective was not right. I do apologise. But cutting deliberately is a form of cheating in any body's book.

Be careful on throwing around the "cheating" buzzwords there... I can assure you that NONE of us intend to gain an advantage by cutting. This wording really rubs me the wrong way.

    Servers are up.

Division 1 drivers DON'T NEED TO BOOK and don't need a password to join! You will be able to join the servers at 18:00GMT. Just press the "refresh server info" button and you'll see a join button

Same for Division 2 drivers who see their names in the prebook list inside the game.

The other drivers who are joining the cup for the first time, should book until 18:00 GMT. The password has been sent via pm.
