UPC sucks

    Besides having trouble with Ziggo, my dad already has troubles with his connection since june 2008 (2008!!!!)

    In the meantime a ****load of mechanics have visited him to solve it, but nobody actually got to the core of the problem.

    They have literally turned this joint up side down without being able to fix the temporary downtime that happens from time to time.

    Now mechanice #11 is on its way this week :that:

    BT are equally as Bad. My dad's in the IT business, and he realised what was wrong with his connection and how to fix it, but BT turned a deaf ear to it and it stayed dodgy for weeks.

    If they only drank his tea they would have fixed the problem by now, Grolsch and/or Heineken is what I think :)

    TV from UPC sucks too, its is more snow than actual images... when we changed to kpn it was almost like watching HD instead of SD :p

    We got/hat trouble with ziggo to.

    Since day one whe got nothing to complain (two and a half year ).
    But last month we decided to get all in One.....:thunder: ( ai ai ai whata mistake to make ).
    i got more trouble in one month then two and half years just with single internet connection.
    The mechanic has been around one to change the modem and so far so good.( been 5 day`s now ).
    Lets wait and see how it will go in the future.

    Hope a miracle will happen at your dads place Bram.

    Ha!! Actually a miracle happened. I am really thinking of filing them a law suit this time, since they broke the (new) law on several occassions today on the telephone.

    Contract has been terminated and I am switching to Tele2 now

    I have Tele 2 and never had problems :)
