    He all,

Is there a place somewhere where people help others with a bit of coaching etc?

    I'm from the Netherlands.

Perhaps someone here wouldn't mind helping a bit.

    Thanks!

Here, Premium, calendar tab, *click* "sign me up please".
For real: just race with us, it's fun! :)
Otherwise just watch video guides, go into practice mode and watch your replays! Practice, practice, practice!

Alright. Got premium. Not just have to wait till a spot is free some time in AC.

In the meantime, if anyone has some spare minutes.... :) Pls let me know.

Perhaps someone can add me on steam, and can show me some racing lines, or spectate me for example. Doesn't need to take very long.

I'm new to Assetto and sim games (at least with a decent gear). The best you can do is to race! There is not much ppl can say to you, you have to do lap after lap, understand the track, the car, then you can see some videos for hot laps and see how the guys do it.

There are some videos on youtube that help a bit, I can find them later if you want.

It depends what type of "coaching" you need and at a which level you are.
Are we talking about racing line, racing moves, setups, car physics, tyre management.. other?
How deep the explanation should be? How much experience do you have in these areas?

    Mostly:

    Racing lines:
Pedal usage. When to brake, how much to brake, when to full throttle etc.

An explanation can be basic. As in I take a corner completely wrong, you tell me a better line.

Experience? not so much. Well, 10 year real-world driving, but not racing.

Aris from Kunos team has a great easy way of doing just so in Assetto Corsa:

Watch the next video in his series too, to get a little on gearbox and engine.
You should be able to go quicker with little practice already.

Then, when you´re ready for more theory, Scott has it all down in a series of videos, they´re perfect for the novice, and even the semi-seasoned simmer can learn a trick or two.

The rest is pretty much smart practice, analyzing your laps and lines.

Hey @TaknMdwN Geert I just came across your message. Since we've run together a few times now and kind of know each other I would be glad to help out. You know I'm not the fastest, but I do have a lot of working experience and I love sharing and helping others. Just let me know.
