F1 2013 Tracks from F1 2014

Hey,
is there a possibility to drive a track from F1 2014 in F1 2013? I own both, 13 and 14, and I really want to play the A1-Ring in F1 2013 with the old cars.
Is there a programm or something? How did they convert the tracks from F1 2012 (like Hockenheim, Valencia...) to 2013 and maybe it's the same way?

2/ More importantly, we do not allow the porting of F1 2014 content back into F1 2013. So please don't ask how it's done in that thread above, because of this back porting rule.
