F1 2010 Time Trials pt2, #21 - Sepang, Malaysia (Wet)

Welcome to the RD TT Series!

This time the circuit is Sepang, Malaysia, and the conditions are Wet!

Closing date for entries is Monday 11th April 9.00 pm GMT(+1)

A reminder of the rules:

No assists are allowed.
Custom setups are allowed.
A screenshot (PC) or photo (PS3/XBOX) of the leaderboard showing your time must be uploaded to the forum for verification.

Please note: Conditions are wet, as we have already covered the track in dry conditions.

1:34.602 - a modest start, I guess. There haven't been many non-assist times posted here in wet conditions. Quite a challenging track in the wet, with those slow rising corners.

Yes, this is an intense track in the dry, never mind wet. I hate/love it depending on how I do here. So many blind corners with no clear braking points, places to lose traction easy (even in the dry) very difficult to put together a perfect lap.

Down to 1.33:140, which is actually good enough for third! But I have the feeling Andrew and Viktor haven't really put a lot of time into it yet, because I'm within a second of Andrew, and that never happens.

I knew I could do a faster time, but I walked away from the computer for a few minutes and when I came back I was no longer in the zone, I had lost the pace.

I hear ya, set a new pb in the dry here while driving quite casually. Now I can't get within .5 secs of that time lol....I WANT MY MOJO BACK!

Will see what I can do in the wet and post a screenie before the comp is over

Dear James,
I know that my tt was held in TC on. That lap time was made very long time ago.How can i change it? If i can't ,I'll put a video here which shows my whole lap with no assists..

only way to change it is post a better time without assists

first attempts: 1.33.778. At least a second to be found for me I reckon...that is if I ever get a smooth lap going lol

I might have a crack at this at some point. Just got a dry lap of 1:28.278 so I'm used to the circuit, but I know how different it is in the wet!

I found racing it in both wet and dry complement each other. I feel faster in the dry for having raced it wet, and certainly the other way around. But of course you guys effortlessly break my times anyway.

Any possibility of changing the deadline for these Time Trials? Kind of preferred it when it ended on the Monday evening as my main time for being able to do them is on Sundays so the Sunday morning deadline is pretty much preventing me from being able to enter any times.
