The problem with creating your own server in CM

Hi, I know that there is already a solution to this problem, but none of the ways helped me or I didn't find it. So, I want to play with my friend on my server, but when I create it and copy the link from the content Manager, it gives the error "Unable to download any information: the server did not respond at the specified time".. I tried to change the IP address in the inviting link that is offered in CM to the IP address that is specified in the task manager, and everything works. I even went to the server and made sure everything was working, but when I sent the corrected error to my friend, he wrote the same error. Is there a way to solve this problem? All ports are checked and working ( in the first photo, I corrected the link with my IP address given in the task manager, which only works for me, and on the second link, this content manager that does not work)View attachment 669224
