'Thailand agrees F1 deal'

I'm not totally disagreeing with you Markus, but as a hypothetical lets continue with that idea of population vs races.
Europe has 10% of worlds population, therefore should have 10% of the races? So 2 races per year in europe. But which do you choose? Monaco, Britain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France still want theirs back, Hungary has one too. Who do you choose without losing part of F1?
Also, Asia has 50%+ of the worlds population, that is 10 races. So at least half of the races need to be in Asia. Frankly, you need to find 10 tracks that will be up to date, modern and one that a driver likes. Then you need to make the people come to the race, thats the money side. Then you need to somehow make the masses of Europeans who watch F1 on the television watch races at times that aren't good, early morning races. Suddenly the TV deals aren't worth that much money.

So not to argue directly against you Markus, but I just think that population cannot be attributed directly to F1, but if it is, it probably should be the population that watch the F1.
