I remember we did the TCR's round here and it got a thumbs up from most of the drivers, so I thought "why not?"

  5. Stu, do u have a map of that layout? That's 10miles away from house and I did about 5000 laps around it on a bike (motorcycle). Wonder if it is the same track or not...

GTL track is a conversion of an rF scratch build - you got rF?

  9. I do. I'll take a look when I get home tonight. I think I remember seeing it a while ago. Thanks again.

Not a huge fan of the Rolla but I still want in on this.

Understood mate - what I'm trying to do is keep the probable favourite choices for the TC65 League in events where there can be some sort of direct comparison, so people have a nice clear picture/recollection of what felt nice for them when they come to choose.

Hence the recent Mini event, the Alfa v Cortina event, this race...there will be a David & Goliath event with the Abarth TCR vs the Mustang/Falcon soon as well.

With the best will in the world, I can't see anyone choosing the standard Abarth, the Elite or the Jaaaaaag for League work, so I'm concentrating on the others.

Not complaining Stu, the rolla is a good car, it's just that I am not a good enough driver for it.

And what you're doing, all the pre-season testing, is great. Awesome idea, pairing up the cars now and letting the potential league drivers get a feel for the possible league cars.
