F1 2010 [Suggestion] First season setups

Hey I'm sorry if this is a double post or there are already some setups covering this topic.
I was just wondering if there is a complete setup guide for your first season with a lower performance car such as a Lotus or a HRT. It would be ideal for beginners because I'm pretty new to the game and not to so technical with the setups.

Lewis.
There are a lot of setups for each track in that ppl have developed in the setup threads above these threads on the forum.
Take care to ensure you don't confuse TT setups for career, GP or multiplayer racing. The extra grip and no fuel in TT changes everything.
There is also a guide by Ramon to help you understand better the principles which becomes more interestingthan jusy copying other peoples setups.
There is an excellent guide available for an in depth understanding of setups Ill put the link below.
Its a big topic and developing your understanding with add depth to the game.
Theres no short answer I'm afraid but learning is fun.

Also the engineers quick setup isn't a bad starting point on faster tracks. Tweak from there starting with gears then wing, etc etc.
When you win a race with a setup you have created you get an award!
