F1 2012 Suggested Gear ?

Hi guys.
Quick question about the title. I SEEM to recall it being an option in the OSD i believe.
But for the life of me i SIMPLY can't see it now
Could someone please point me in the right direction to enable this thxs

My F1 > Difficulty > Gearbox - you can select manual & suggested
