F1 2011 Steam Pre-Load available

If you don't want to be in a huge queue on release day, you can start your pre-load of F1 2011 on Steam. Just checked and my EU version is downloading as we speak

Question will steam dl additional files for F1 2011 and will it then install the game ? I have no idea first time user with steam.

I have alot games from steam and steam is installing every file while it's downloading. So when donwload is finished, game is ready to play.

Just checked - my Steam still says 22nd (Germany), so 2 days, 8 hours as of now.

Funny, here in the States the release games on Tuesday but back home they release them on the Friday ready for the weekend.?

It's usually the Brits who get all the good games first. I don't know why they aren't releasing them all at the same time, but I'm not complaining.

I live on the west coast USA and the release date says today, Sept 19, 2011.... but why 10pm at night?

Meh sadly true. I rather watch matches fall of my hands for the rest of my life than ovals...I guess im like one of the few Americans that even care about F1 or actually watches or plays a game. But fortunately is not that hard to compete against "hardcore" european players heheheheh
