Starter and tyre squeal sound issues EEC GT3 mod

Seem to have a strange sound issue when pressing the starter in EEC GT3(any car) and a high pitched squeal that seems to follow out along the pits, also tyre squeal seems to be strange while racing. Is there a new sound patch other than what comes with the mod that I've missed?

I use auto starter (did not set a key for this so car starts automatically) so no idea about that
The tire Reiza changed the sounds and it messed up a bit but changing the sound setting helps, adjust it to your preferences, I have no issues at least.
If there is any update to the mod it will be a tire update in near future to balance the GTE and GT3 to be more like IMSA. One of our members seems to be working on it. I'm about to move to rF2 so not touching the mod anymore and Patriot is addicted to Farming Simulator 2017 so he has been away from simracing
