F1 2012 Start career with any team?

Hi guys, I downloaded the mod of the year 2013 and the True to Life AI v 4.1 However, tried to use the method to change the ID of the team to start with top teams but it didn't work. Keeps popping uponly the Marussia and Caterham. Anybody can help me with this?
Another thing, is to increase the time duration of the Kers?
