Time to install Teamspeak and take part in a great club race while you enjoy the banter. Ask as many questions about simracing as you like and don't be afraid as there are no stupid questions. The worst thing that can happen is that you'll become a better driver :)

    Wait? What is this?
For this event you need absolutely nothing special. A copy of Automobilista, keyboard, console controller, or steering wheel it's all fine. Today we are going to focus on getting you safely out on the online track, giving you a great experience and making you a better driver with the help of seasoned veterans (kind of).

    Who can join?
All premium members can sign up for this event. Sign up below and make sure to tag fellow community members who you think are up for the challenge!

    Something's come up :(
We understand that things can come up that prevent you from racing. Please give as much notice as possible so that others can take your place. You must sign out no later than 1 hour before practice starts.

If you see something say something!
All drivers should make sure they are aware of the Racing Club Rules. If something happens in a race and you want to report it then follow this procedure.

Never driven the FTrucks. Do they have different specs or just visually different?

They are different. My personal favourite is the Iveco (orange one). It is lighter so better on brakes and handles well (for a 5 tonne truck). Here is my setup which several people have used in this truck/track combo before and it works well

Do you want me to add you @Tero Dahlberg ? They are great fun but take a while to get used to. That setup above makes it more enjoyable as they just about turn in with it and can be controlled on the throttle whilst going sideways at 120mph+

I love them. Brake early, get it turned in, stear through corner on throttle. They are similar to the vintage on terms of needing to transfer the weight of the truck to get it turning.

    Adding you now

    I endorse this message.

These were great fun last time. Which is odd as they're the racing equivalent of aiding an obese person out of a bath via a system of pulleys.

Event has been changed to a special event as reverse top X and random grids are no longer allowed unless the event is classed as special. Only one special event is allowed per week though so we won't be able to do this as often as you have been enjoying in the past.

@Tero Dahlberg It's for a good reason. Aim is to get uniformity and consistency of procedures, policies and rules across all clubs.
