    Not on here yet, no - the skinning/painting part is exactly the same as for Evo, but the whole associated stuff (*.car files, *.tga icon files, *.bik video files) is much, much more convoluted than Evo, but, if you get yourself a copy of GEditor (free download), you'll actually be able to open some of the files included in add-on skins and you'll see the structure much more clearly.

    I notice you are also asking @ No-Grip, you should do a search on there rather than just asking, as there is a load of helpful info if you're willing to seek it out. People are (justifiably) reluctant to keep trotting out the same answers over and over again.
