Oh lord! My fears have come true lol. The Nordsleife is my worst track. Tried it once and said never again. It just never ends . I'm in :D:D:D. Any setups/tips would be much appreciated

even do it might seem logical to go with a low downforce, because of Sector 1 and last big big big straight, actually it's better to have a medium to high downforce settings. After Race07 when I was full on crazy on Nords, I know every corner now so I am comfortable in any situation. Another setup tip is to have medium - high ARB front and rear and soft suspension so you absorb the bumps and tire keeps contact with track, but this is via driver preference also.
BUT, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING - learn the track, that will gain you the most speed, don't try to memorize all corners , try to memorize by driving and dividing by sectors and when you are at the beginning of learning just have patience, don't try to push any of the corners, like really.
My advice will be to learn the track in a very slow car, NSU and once you learned it you can go higher because you will know what to expect after some blind corners

It's not all that bad. I mean, I've managed to learn it so how hard could it be? :D
But basically what Mr. C said, divide it into sectors. It's simply too big to absorb it all at once.
Most of the corners are 3rd gear, so the trick becomes figuring out which ones are 2nd or 4th.
Most notable 2nd gear corners are the exit from Adenauer Forst, Karussell, Breidscheid and in particular Wehrseifen.
Wehrseifen is deadly if you don't know it's coming. You have to be in 3rd in the right-hander just before it, otherwise you'll never stop in time.
Once you get comfortable with the sequence of turns, the arguably two most important corners are Bergwerk and Galgenkopf simply because they're both followed by several kilometers of flat-out straights.
Galgenkopf is pretty simple, but Bergwerk is a lot trickier than it looks.
