Setups and Wheels!!

Hello all..First of all I am new at Asetto Corsa(but not entirely new to Racing...just been awhile since i did it). This looks like a great sim and looks to have a huge fan base.I am running a i7 4790@4.0 with 16 gigs ram with a Geforce GTX 970 ftw video card Windows 10 64 bit. I hope some of you guys would be so kind to tell me how to install setups into the sim? Also does it matter which Wheel with the setups? I am using Logitech G27....ANY INFO WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!
