Setting fuel load for quali -unable to change for race

Hi

Has anyone come across the problem whereby you set a low fuel load for qualification and then after the session cannot change the fuel load for the race.

this is set like that in the mod

you are probably racing a F1 mod?

It is probably parc-fermé rules where your quali fuel will be your race fuel.

Yes I am playing an F1 mod. OK so If the parc-feme rules don't permit changes to fuel how have you optimised your quali laps?

You just have to qualify with race fuel like real life.

Don't know what mod you are playing but try to get rid of as much fuel as possible. A few minutes before end of qualy session go to the pits, get new tyres, but do not add any fuel. Then you have one or two more fast laps. That's what they did in 2006.
