F1 2013 setting damages

I downloaded the files from the website to set damage the machines but I can not figure out where you need to turn on or change these settings and if they are only for competitions or even
for untimed

There is a thread for each mod you download. So you need to find the mod that you downloaded.

The information about the mod would be in the thread associated with that mod. You will need to look there to see if the information is there, or post asking for help with the mod in that thread.

Usually with damage mods, you copy one file into the game install folder. There are no game settings to adjust, you do nothing more.

If you are using this realistic damage mod here, then you choose how much damage you want, then install that one file that gives you your desired level of damage.

the file and realistic damage mod 3.0 and I tried to play and going to crash but does not break niente.Forse there some option to change
