1984 - 2nd in a Toleman, first year in Formula 1, a bloody rookie. (actually won the race)
1985 - Pole Position but retired from race
1986 - 3rd on grid and ended 3rd.
1987 - Won the race
1988 - Pole Position but had to retire due to a crash when he was something like 50 seconds ahead of Prost in the same car.
1989 - Pole Position and won the race.
1990 - Pole Position and won the race.
1991 - Pole Position and won the race.
1992 - Won the race.
1993 - Started third, won the race.

All of this in three different cars. 1988 he outqualified Prost by 1.4 seconds in identical machinery.

What set Senna apart is that he did Formula 1 for 10 years compared to Grahams 17 and Schumis 18 years.

I've always found this race very interesting. In the movie Senna they talk about how he wasn't trying to beat Prost, he was trying the embarrass him. And of course Prost didn't like that so much...
