i have been to Sestriere once, many moons ago, I'm heading for Morillon in France on this occasion, next year Norway!!

Should we move the first race one week ahead (from 25th of January to 1st of February) to avoid a 3 weeks gap between race 1 and 2 and have 1 more week to prepared the league start? Or are we so eager to get started that we do not wish to wait another week?

Vote: Currently between Magny C, imola and Watkins G, any other suggestions or are these three enough?

Absolutely...., Hafjell maybe? seems to have one of the larger ski areas? I'll ask your advice though nearer the date

We should have a vote about those three tracks with the points system Nico already used for track votes. Shouldn't we? I'm very much for Watkins because of the close action I expect there. On the other hand I'd so much like Magny Course because it would be a new track to drive on. I'd like to go for this new challenge and see the cards mixed again.

May I also suggest to let the members vote about the date of the first race? I just think the more things are clear the less repeating questions we'll have.

I was actually about to seal the faith of when we start as nobody seems to have any strong preferences. And then I would move it ahead one week as I feel that makes the most sense, especially since we still are missing a number of people from the sign up

sorry but i cant race the 1st of feb, thats why i put 25th in my calender, its the anniversary of a close family member who passed away on the 1st so i'll have more things on my mind than presto at that time, if it turns out most folk prefer the 1st then i'll just pass on the first race then.

I may need to miss the 1st round [which is OK for me]; it's Australia Day [the 26th downunder and a public holiday for most - but alas not for me] so I may not be home....

I am sorry it ended up with a date that doesn't suit you David. I hope you somehow find a way to participate, but I totally respect if you give it a pass.

No its not being fixed. It has been online for four weeks on a temporary address (that people hardly used) that expired on Dec 23. All old mods are now taken offline as they were hosted on our old server.

Early 2012 we hope to have a new downloads software in place but that one has to be filled with content from scratch as it was not possible to transfer the old files.
