save data are lost

i saved my track and before it could be saved, the program shouted down and now i dont have my: my projekt order.
how can i get the save files back if its possible??

Go to [btb folder]\Temporary Files, and rename the most recent file to venue.bin, and put in in your project folder. If the most recent file doesn't work, try the second most recent, and so on. This won't work if you turned off the Undo feature.

In future, make more backups:
