Strange that the ultras lasted (new) 14 laps to start the race. Had me thinking one stop with Ultra/Supers, but now I'm wondering....

I take it by the start time that this will clash with the real GP?

1:37.344 in one shot, Grand Prix Mode, in Red Bull. Race pace somewhere 42-41. It's a comfortable track for me, so I can get in a rhythm. Times should come down, but wanted to work out the tire strategy first.

Limitless seems to be realistic these days too, but still Frankenstein since he's on a wheel. I'm still not sure F1 setups do much. If they do, it's very vague, with only a few variables being felt, and none really relating to what the parts actually do. But...they do save! lol. Unlike....(pick your title).

My DF is 7/6 and feels good.

I think Finn's on a wheel as well. It might be because of the pad but I'm the opposite I find set ups do more than people realise especially in this game.

    I wish I had a default :(

Whem I was testing the game for the league, China, for instance, was just as fast at either 1/1 wing or 11/11 wing. So, they both had an effect, clearly, but either should not have been viable for that track. Even at 6/6, it was only slightly faster, so I think the DRS effect is either understated/overstated, or it's just too arcade. Probably both. I'd love to get to the point of having a Diff adjustment do the job it does on track, or brake balance even, but that is closer, or tire pressure, for instance, being as critical as it is in real life.

I couldn't run any track with 1/1  or 11/11 for that matter the straight line speed loss would be too much. Break balance is really noticeable on the pad since its basically on/off.
I wonder if it's literally just a pad vs wheel or just how different people play.
