    Disadvantaged car: Mikko Korkiakoski
    Team: FOR

    Reported car: Rami Kaukola
    Reported Team: RPM

Mikko gets a good slipstream on Rami, moves to the inside to overtake. Rami swerves across very late and blocks Mikko, this causes Mikko to hit the wall recieving damage.
  2. No penalty. Warning if possible.
  3. Like Ivo I would say no Penalty, he only changed his line once to block, and Mikko is NOT under Rami before Rami started the move to block, though a stern warning is needed as it was a very late block in my opinion.
  4. Yes it's true Rami cand change only once his racing line, but he did it very late...the FOC car was allmost with the front on the left side of Rami..the close was nasty. -4points from MAG
  5. Like David says, he change his racing line too late, there was the wall and Mikko had no room to avoid the conctact
  6. FDR votes -4 for closing the door way to aggressive
  7. We need more votes on here guys.
  8. Blue Flag narrowly votes for race incident, however the move by Rami is borderline we feel.
  9. Just too late to pull over like that -4
  10. -4 to late blocking

Ok this gets -4 and Rami getting t-boned gets 0 points, I honestly have no clue what's going on here. RPM vote No penalty, which surely is pretty obvious?
  12. -4 points like Flavio and Hugo.
  13. Racing incident so no pen from us
  14. not a nice move but i see no rule clearly broken
maybe rule one was stretched a bit
but the main rule concerning passing was not broken

  15. Not sure why you refer all to rules Neil. Surely it can't be the intention to have pages and pages of rules.

    PS Not discussing your vote.

Neil is actually the first that finally motivates an accident based on facts instead of opinions and he is completely right. VII is a good example of real racing rules we all should obbey (and need to know!)
  17. Is not that its illegal what he does. So thats why i voted "no penalty" but its not a nice move either.
He also takes the risk of taking himself out, with that move.
  18. Good to know you think like that. Mike didn't breach any rule on daytona. Still you guys reported it.
  19. gentlemen, I don't think anybody would claim the first ten laps at Interlagos between FOR and RPM were the cleanest we have ever seen, however, the WAR system works the way it works and we should let it work that way (if you can work out what I mean ...)

Davido, it looks like time to close this thread.

Tom I am not talking about Daytona here. But clearly looking at the facts that happen in the video on Interlagos. Team mate or not Rami made a mistake here by blocking Mikko and return to his original line. If he stayed at his defensive line it would have been all good.

I am just suprised that teams do give penalty points for incidents that are not incidents but say its just racing when rules are clearly not followed.
