    Disadvantaged car: Alexandre Caetano
    Team: ABR

    Reported car: Martijn van Bommel
    Reported Team: FDD

    Description:

Martin hits Alexandre while lapping him. Alexandre got a flat tire losing a couple of positions due to the extra pit stop

  2. Not FDD but FDR

  3. Sorry mate. My bad.

  4. For sure it was avoidable....eager to to pass and made a mess.
As the rules say, before you make a move to pass a lapped car, first make sure its safe....well it wasnt.
    -4

  5. Gbk votes -2 its hard to now what speed a car have that you will lap but take it easy

  6. ABRacing votes -8

  7. -4 because it caused a car to make pit stop for damage.

  8. -6p from BFR, quite unlike Mr van Bommel, dunno what got into him there

-4 because there is a draw and all the rest of the votes are for higher penalties.

  11. -2 from the fdr and fdd

This penalty ends in -2 because the last vote is not on the poll because forum migration issues.

  13. Well, everyone voted, and we have to respect, but give a -2 for this accident... Well... It not very fair, especially taking into account that similar incidents where voted with -6 or -8.

I think most people missed the point that the car was damaged and an extra pit stop was needed for repairs... Costing Alex 2 positions...
