    Disadvantaged car: Kevin Clark
    Team: FOR

    Reported car: Bob Hutchins
    Reported Team: BVM

    Description:

Kevin had new tyres and with way more grip he could easily pass on the outside. He passed completly but then got a tap which spun him around.
Kevin lost alot of places there.

Kevin is showing a bit of lag at the time so not an easy one to judge

No incident for me, if you attempt to pass around the outside of someone then your always risking contact and a potential spun

Hmm, my reason has not appeared. I agree with Ross and Simon. No incident.

From what I see Kevin may be on new tyres but they are still glazed.

As we did in past situations like this one, the penalty is -2 points because there is a tie between two options, but all the rest of votes are for stronger penalties, so from the tie we pick the strongest one.
