Mike makes the pass into the chicane, Marcin hits Mike causing a spin into the wall and Mike looses his rear wing.
 
Well from this angle it not real easy to tell. At 0:02 Mike stopped braking. While braking a second later again to try not to cut the chicane. Marcin was on a better, faster line.
Yes he pushed him, but at 0:03 the angle of Mike's car looks like he braked harder to try to not loose his car at the chicane.

When looking from Marcin's car, you can clearly see Mike braking before the before chicane again at 0:16 with his nose to the left.

If Mike had his noise to the right, into the next corner, the tough would be negligible and in a 0 degree angle. In this situation they tough with a 10/15 degree angle, causing Mike to spin of to the left.

I guess we need to establish again that these incident threads aren't a place for the involved teams to defend their own drivers. The vid clearly shows what happened and therefore is sufficient for everybody to decide on their own how to vote. Also it's been previously discussed that it is not only about if the incident was intentional or not but also how much the other car suffered because of that.
 
-2 frpm RPM; we have discussed this and we admit that Marcin should have been wary of Mike's sudden loss of speed; but the contact made between the two is very minimal - it's just very close racing that sadly results in Mike's rearwing being hit off when it hits the tyrewall.
 
This hit would have happened even if Mike wouldn't brake before the sec corner as he would have gone over the kerb and got a hard hit from behind. Anyways it is close racing as it was already mentioned so WBR will vote for -4p.
