Three Teams Seal The Deal For Playoffs, Four Teams Officially Locked Out
Game 18 was the make or break for some teams as the fight for points is ever so crucial for those in the middle of the table.
Saab 9000’s get the biggest win of the season so far against the Atoms winning an amazing 5-0 with a selection of all paper against Ariel Atoms 5 rock choices!
Eagle I-Thrusts beat the german Porsche’s and in doing so are the first team in the Caliper Division to be locked into the playoffs.
Whilst BMW win by default to Renault, Ford also won their game against the P45’s and both winning teams officially lock themselves in. Topgears P45’s fall two positions in the caliper division as a result of the 1-0 loss to the GT90’s.
Corvette defeat Ferrari and still sit 5th behind the P45’s with 35 points.
Pressure for Atoms, Big Catback Battle For Fourth
Ariel Atoms Vs Topgear P45s - Biggest game of the season for Ariel Atoms, they can still make it into the playoffs depending on the results of the other teams. A win for them will bring them upto 36 points, and since the P45’s are one of the teams that they are battling in the points, a draw or a loss will knock them out of contention to make it to the playoffs.
Saab 9000’s VS Porsche 911 Turbos - A draw or win for Saab will lock them into the playoffs. But Porsche are within 1 point of 4th and a win could boost them upto the table, a team thats fought from the bottom and came back strong in the second half of the season!
Holden Commodores VS Chevrolet Corvettes - A win for Holden could see them locked into the playoffs, however with chevrolet sat in 5th a win for the american muscle could boost them up to joint in the points with Holden.

But to celebrate my locking in, im gonna respond with this epic thing:
Two games left in RPS and...
Saab, Holden & P45’s Into The Playoffs, Atoms Locked Out
Three more teams are locked in the playoffs as result from game 19.
Saab drew to the Porsches 1-1, and whilst only taking two points the main factor was the results of the other games unfolding in the Catback Division.
Lamborghini won in an Italian faceoff against Ferrari, moving them past Nissan and possibly snatching the last playoff spot. Due to BMW winning 2-1 against The Almeras.
With Nissan and Porsche (5th & 6th) at 35 points and Lambourghini (4th) with 37 points, the only way one they can pass Lambourghini in the points is if The Miuras lose by default, and either one of the teams wins the last regular season match.
P45’s and Holden both win their matches and will make it to the playoffs!
Holden have often struggled in the second half of the season, they went seven games without a win but managed to hang on, having a good points lead from the first half helped them a lot.
P45’s have had the same ordeal as Holden but the opposite way around. Struggling to find their feet… or tyres, at the beginning of the season but came back winning three games in a row after the mid season break!
With Ariel Atoms losing to the P45’s they fall away from a playoff birth.
Final Game Of The Regular Season!
Teams will face others from the opposing division in the last game of the season.
The main focus is for that last spot in the Caliper Division, with Mercedes trying to defend the fourth position from Chevrolet. Both teams face tough Catback Division opponents.
If Lamborghini lose by default, Nissan or Porsche will need a win in order to take the spot from them!
