OK for what it's worth here is the setup I use. It's basically Patrick's setup, but slightly modified. I especially changed the braking balance more to the front as I am a heavy braker ("Hello, my name is Theo and I am a Heavy braker"... "Hello Theo" :pound:). This change makes the car a bit more stable when braking hard for the slower chicanes.

Not signed up for this but I've done some testing ;-)) using setup below I'm doing high 52s,low 53s pretty consistantly, low 52s are typical light fuel times ie,10ltrs

1:16:3xx setup, tricky for first couple until tyres/brakes are warm, light fuel load.

I did 1:16.449 with this, 1:16.2xx should be possible since I can gain 0.2s on the first sector in many laps. Also this is the best tire temp I could get while doing a good time.

Just did about 10 laps with 20 laps fuel and made it to a 1:30.2 .
I think after some more practice this will improve :)
