rFactor lobby problem? (spiking)

We are having heavy spikes in our club event this night and it seems that all rooms in the lobby have the same problem when i join them. More players with the same problem?

we had this on a recent rf event... the fix was to disable the main lobby chat and it went away... it was a plr file hack, i'll see if i can dig it out now....
