I'm starting up a small championship for me and my brother-in-law (us plus 14 AI cars) - however I'm wondering how to set up a dedicated server for testing.

I know how to set it up for a race which works fine. Is there anyway to replicate the "testing" option from single player? So I could have it running constantly without resetting the session?

If you run a didi the settings will be saved. So next time you run didi again the settins are still the same. And if you leave it running the dedi will be on hold untill someone joins the server .

Thanks. So the dedicated servers that are run here - is that how they work? Do you just set the race time to something really low like a minute or something?

it'll be completely down to opening the right ports...

Did you register ? and are you logged in at Racecast ?
First in MP you can test your port settings try that so you know you can host.
