rFactor 2 wont start!

Hi, I have done a lot of searching high and wide but have been unable to find and answer.
I have paid for rFactor 2, as I played rFactor one and enjoyed it very much, so went ahead and bought rFactor 2.
However, unlike rFactor 1, it fails to start up. I open up the launcher, click a helmet, the rFactor logo appears, but nothing happens, and returns to the launcher.

I don't know what is possibly wrong, not really into the tech side of things.
My system requirements are all there, did many checks and even used a website they took my laptops details and said they were fine.

What do you mean by "no way" exactly?
Have you run the launcher?
Does it not get to the loading screen?
Does it not get to the Menu screen?

I mean(sorry for poor english) I didnt have luky with meny different ways. Upgraded video driver, deleted installattion and all regedit files, installed light version in C:\ , proprierties of run as administrator and compatibility mode win 7\8(for the rfactor2.exe inside bin64).
changed monitor, changed all possible resolution,windowed and not. I think I have a video problem:

On 32 bit its all ok
My spec are i7 920@3800 24Gb gtx970

Have you tried installing rFactor in another location other than the standard one (i.e. directly in the disk root folder)?

Tried this still no luck on my end. As soon as I click single player or muliplayer, the rfactor logo pops up, then quickly reverts back to the launcher with no loading of the sim.

Exactly like mine... Why?

Check in programs and features that 2010 and 2012 runtimes are visible
Even if they are try reinstalling them from the support folder
Run all 4 not just 32bit or 64bit

STEAM\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Support\Runtimes

For future when installing a fresh OS run this package before steam or drivers or you will get multiple versions , use this package first you won't

I have the exact same issue, and did what Durge suggested with no help. My rFactor2 folder is not on the C drive, but despite making a d:/rfactor2 folder, I can't select it as a destination for a local files move
