Thank you Juan,

I do not think it's easy for people to see what has changed. IMHO, I think it would be important for you to put at least 2 comparisons side by side. A hug.

Hello. The changes are obvious. My Final and Special settings are for most games. If you like a clean, clear image and with vivid colors you will surely like it.

Regards,

Thanks--those pics with the slider are perfect to see the differences.

Which SweetFX profile was used for the comparison?

In addition to the changes to tones and lighting, your graphics have softer edges than the originals. Some people may prefer one over the other, but what setting is responsible for that part of the difference?

So you didn't use on of the built-in profiles from Reiza for a comparison? That might have been a fairer comparison. The Natural or Natural Vivid would be the two obvious choices.

And do you know what element is responsible for the softer look?

I'm sorry, but the SweetFX profiles of the game (Reiza Studios) are very bad for my taste. When I make a comparison of the game I do it with the graph settings to the maximum.

On the soft edges, do you mean the Anti Aliasing filter?

AMS Config.exe: Anti Aliasing 8x Multisample

You should read the user guide how to setup AA with the built in SweetFX. SweetFX in many cases does not work when the AA is set via the config tool and that's why we force people to use their graphics card control panel to setup those values in that case.

Hi Alex. I have no problem turning off SweetFX in the game settings panel. The 8x Anti Aliasing Filter works properly with My SweetFX and Reshade Enabled settings.

It's just an irony that JuanBonX's general approach for all games is what Reiza already uses for those of us who prefer to be picky about our lighting and colours and tones. Thanks JuanBonX for doing this for many games and thanks Reiza (Alex!) for making it super-easy to get these effects by simply using the AMS Graphics Config app. Other games that have newer graphics engines do not always allow for this type of granular adjustment, which is of course why JuanBonX is doing what he is doing in the first place. AMS just needs it less than any other title.

Reshade and SweetFX Final: Guide for New Users

Compatible: Window 7/8/10 (32/64bits)

Download: goo.gl/W8jP9X (DirectX+)

Author: JuanBonX (Mod), CeeJay.dk (Autor), Crosire (Reshade)

Description: Due to the confusion of some users I have created this little guide. I remind you that it is not necessary to use the executable .exe of (Reshade) in both cases.

Compatibility in Games and GPU:

Reshade v3.0.8 is for GPU range (medium and high)
SweetFX v2.0 for any GPU

I recommend Reshade v3.0.8 + preset v1.1 (FXAA ON) for ATS/ETS2 and (FXAA OFF) for most games.

****

Reshade v3.0.8 Final:

Copy the new files to the game path. Run the game as an administrator (Permanent Permit) after completing the entire process.

Important: Replace the following paths in dxgi.ini, d3d9.ini or opengl32.ini**

- TextureSearchPaths=C:Game\Cars\reshade-shaders\Textures (Texture)
- ScreenshotPath=C:Game\Cars (Screenshot)
- PresetFiles=C:Game\Cars\Vivid and Realistic Colors Final.ini (Preset v1.1)

Reshade menu: Activate with Shift + Delete. The key to activate and deactivate Reshade is INSERT or DELETE. By default it is activated when the game is started.

The solution is to not open the menu reshade in the game
I did not open the menu reshade... I just install it correctly... open the game and the shader is working... go to race and still working the new shader but the Reiza HUD doesn't appear. What i'm doing wrong?

Can you send me a screenshot of the problem?
Sure! look :
