Replacing Howston G4/G6 Engine Sound

I just can't live with the terrible engine sound. What should I replace it with? Is there another v8 that has good sound and would work with a 7500 RPM rev limit? If not, should I just replace the engine? And with engine from what car? I'd prefer to stay with original engine, of course. TIA.

You mean like the 427 AC? I like the note from the F5000 mod, but it lacks an idle transition, just goes silent.

Otherwise, try perusing rF1 mods.
