If you can install the Wk11 mod, you have the needed tracks.

I think this is the bug which is present since about day 1, and they never bothered to fix....

Go to the multiplayer selection screen
Click on Manage Mods in the bottom
Select the Wk11 mod, and click accept
Click on the RD Clio server and join.

Let me know if it works....

I'm going to have to pull out. I have had no time to drive this track. Never have driven it before. Just got on the server and really don't like the track either. Not up to the standards of the other tracks I've driven on rF2. I'd better concentrate on learning Putnam in the Skippy!
