Removing hands from steering wheel

I've searched Google for a mod that removes the hands from the steering wheel (since Race 07 only allows hands and wheel or no wheel at all) like in iRacing where only the wheel is visible so does anyone know of a mod that exists? Cheers.

There's option for it, i think it was in PLR file.. As i do have moving steering wheel but no hands animation

In the .plr file (install folder, inside userdata folder, inside <yourusername> folder):

Arms Visible In Cockpit="0"

I've located the .plr file but how do you open it?

Right click -> Open With.. -> Select program from list of installed programs -> Choose any textopener, I use Wordpad
