So Dxtory crashes RBR, meaning I can't record... I've looked around for a solution - others have the same issue and some people have it working, but I can't find any proper answers as to what can be done to make Dxtory compatible with RBR. Any ideas?

...is the reason I switched to Dxtory. It's horrible. Frame rate is a joke and the files are too big for me to manage effectively. At least with Dxtory I can customise more options to streamline the videos and get good results... I've never had good experiences with FRAPS, and I know that Dxtory can work with RBR, I'm just not sure how.

I will default to my normal tech advice:

    Have you tried thumping it?

I use MSI Afterburner - it's free software, even for those without an MSI card. Lots of customability.
