In a bid to provide a bit more transparency into the decisions made by the RDRC team, to make it easier to understand and easier to look up in the future. This thread will give a bit more insight to the reasoning behind different penalties and decisions affecting rallies.
Round 1 - Rally de Monaco
Penalty: DQ from the Rally.
Reason: Not sent replays in time
Note: All drivers are reminded that they have to send the replays within 7 days of the result being posted, if not they will be DQ.
All drivers DQ'd from this event is reminded that one more DQ, and they will forfeit all points, and not be able to score until the Summer season.
If you feel a decision is wrong, you have 48 hours from the time of this post to appeal.
Any appeals should be sent in a PM to Ole Marius MyrvoldHowever do not make an appeal just for the sake of it. Although it is extremely rare, an appeal might lead to a more severe penalty. Make sure you feel you have a reason to appeal.

Round 2 - Rally Norway
Penalty: DQ from the Rally.
Reason: Not sent replays in time
Note: All drivers are reminded that they have to send the replays within 7 days of the result being posted, if not they will be DQ.Both drivers are now one DQ away from forfeiting all points, and not being able to score until the Summer series
Drivers: Kevin Ledoux
Penalty: DQ from the Rally
Reason: Not sent replays in time
Note: All drivers are reminded that they have to send the replays within 7 days of the result being posted, if not they will be DQ.
This is Kevin's second DQ this season - and he will forfeit all points, and will not be able to score until the Summer series starts. He can start all the remaining rallies in the Winter series, but will not be able to score points.
Penalty: DQ from the Rally
Reason: Starting with wrong car
Note: None of the drivers drove one single stage in the rally. And the DQ will not count against the two-strike rule for either driver! However, all drivers are reminded to double-check what car is chosen in the RSRBR menu - Remember, mouse-wheel scrolling might change class and car!
If you feel a decision is wrong, you have 48 hours from the time of this post to appeal.

Round 3 - Sno*Drift Rally
Penalty: DQ from the Rally
Reason: Missed Entry
Note: All drivers are reminded that they have to sign up within the deadline, or they will not score points. This DQ will not count against the two-strike rule!
Drivers: Matt Leonowicz
Penalty: DQ from the rally
Reason: Illegal restart
Note: Restarting a stage is strictly prohibited! There is no reason that can justify a restart, However, we do know that in the heat of the moment, you can accidently press restart instead of retire. This was a hard one for the RDRC-crew. It happened on one single stage, and we have been giving Matt the benefit of doubt here. And he will still be able to score points for the summer series.
Matt Leonowicz are put on probation for the rest of 2013 for the Winter Series. He will be able to score points for the Winter Series and Summer series. But another offence can cause more severe actions. Matt is urged to be sure to follow every rule in the future.
Appeal received 11/4-2013 16:14 GMT+2
Appeal handled 12/4-2013 00:45 GMT+2 - Probation reduced to Winter Series only. No sanctions for the Summer Series. This decision is not appealable
Drivers: Sandro Pinho
Penalty: DQ from the Rally & the whole season
Reason: Illegal restart(s)
Note: Restarting a stage is strictly prohibited! There is no reason that can justify a restart, However, we do know that in the heat of the moment, you can accidently press restart instead of retire. However. Sandro was found to be doing this several stages in this rally. Further investigation revealed that this had been done in the first two rallies as well.
Sandro is DQ'd from the 2013 season. That includes Winter & Summer series. He will not be able to drive any more rallies in the RDRC this year. This isn't a one time offence, but multiple offences. All drivers accepted and said they had read the rules when they signed up. So all drivers should know what's allowed and what's not allowed.
Appeal received 12/4-2013 16:02 GMT+2
Case closed 17/4 22:27 GMT+2 - Decision stands. Non appealable.
Stage Problems: SS13
The problems on stage 13 has been discussed. And the stage stands as it is. A small number of drivers were affected by it. But we cannot force the issue to happen again, and there was no session where all drivers had the problem.
While we understand that this might be frustrating, the rules clearly state that all drivers are required to check that the stages will work on their systems (Rule 4.1). This must be done before the start of the rally.
If you feel a decision is wrong, you have 48 hours from the time of this post to appeal.

If you don't want a skin, you will get the original skin (or a custom made skin that you haven't chosen. That depends on the amount of "non-custom" cars that will appear).
Robert McCracken You haven't sent the skin per se, but linked to the Possum Bourne skin - send me a PM if you don't want that, or put up a custom skin in the Skins & Replays thread.
If you want to keep the Possum Bourne skin for highlight videos, just keep on, pretending I didn't tag you here :)
