All Corners Without Exception – The kerbs are not deemed as track, therefore 2 wheels must be within the white lines, on the tarmac, At All Times. Again, there are NO exceptions to this rule at any point on the circuit. Any exception to this rule is deemed illegal, any advantage gained by this method must be ceded immediately. Report people deliberately and excessively cutting. The worst offenders from previous seasons have not signed up, so I hope that this will be a non-issue this season.

Racing Room must be given to all driversand this works both ways. Divebombing into and across a corner denies people the chance to make the corner correctly just as much as someone obliviously (or deliberately) cutting the nose off of another driver who has achieved partial overlap fairly.
All points on the track – General Items
Drivers may put on their lights (and keep them on) during a timed qualification lap, so other drivers know to get out of the way when safe to do so.
No lights are to be used or flashed at any stage, under any circumstances, during the Race Session.
No Chat during the Quali or Race except by Race Control for information.
The Track must be re-entered safely so as not to ruin other peoples races.
Car damage must be assessed realistically to know if it is possible to make the pits or not.
Incidents, Investigations and Penalties
There were no Incident Reports, and everyone fulfilled their Attendance Satus correctly.
Please remember, the League staff will only review incidents if they are reported to them.
No report = no review.
Please try and remember the incident reporting guidelines: review, cool off, review again. Only after following the above process, and if you are convinced you still need to report it, should you let the League staff know. Please give as much information as possible during the report (time of incident, drivers involved etc.) Accident reports made within 24 hours of race completion will be ignored.
Any accusations or complaints aired in the Chat during or after a race will mean a penalty levied on the person complaining or making the accusations, even if a subsequent official complaint gets found in their favour. I simply will NOT tolerate any post race finger pointing.
Liveries
You have chosen your car and livery already, and you must only drive your chosen car at any time during an RDHCS event. Every driver has a unique livery in this season of RDHCS.
Reporting Attendance
I will be sending a PM with the round password to all Signed-Up drivers. I will also be running an “Attendance” post. If you are definitely driving, you need to “like” the post. If you are NOT driving (or if you are unsure of attendance) you must post a reply to say so. If there is no response, or if a response is posted after 2 hours before Event start time (ie 1800 London time) on race day, it will be treated as a "will attend" status, and any absence will be deemed a No-Show. 2 No-Shows will mean removal from the league.
Scoring System
Points are scored down to P25 (75% distance completion required) so people can fight for some points no matter where they are on the track, and hopefully have a season long battle with people around them in the League.
The Distribution is as follows for 100km events :
P01 – 30 pts
P02 - 27
P03 - 25
P04 - 23

Well that was dissapointing. On lap 2 I think I went in the inside of the final hairpin to avoid having to lift out for the shelbies on the way out, but Bob made a move on the inside of me. I probably did not give him enough room and made contact and plunged into the water there. After a few failed attempts I managed to get out of the water and went on to do some hotlapping, but in lap 9 I did not pay attention on the main straight and hit the pitlane wall head on :(

Well grats to whoever won and see you all next time.

Massive fun. First lap was amazing with cars spinning in front and cars flying overhead all lap long. Had a magical battle with Dave and Jack for a while then managed to gap them to finally finish 11th, a lot better than I expected round here, were every car seemed to have the legs on me on the long straight.

Congratulations Neil and the podium, thanks for the great racing once again and the great organisation. See you at the next one.;)

Not my best performance tonight, but probably 4th was a better result than I should have expected given how tricky it would be to pass the power cars at this circuit. Made two pretty daft mistakes in the race- both in the turn 1 braking zone- and the first of these let Dmytro off the hook and led to Roland overtaking. After a couple of laps I eventually made it through (not daring to be on the outside on turn 1 again) and closed in on Dmytro again, but then I did the same error as before. What a tool. Hopefully the second half of the season will see a couple more tracks better suited to the Alpine!

Looked like a great battle out front, the Ferrari really had a chance to stretch its legs at this track. Many congrats to Neil for his first RDHCS win, and well done Knut & Dmytro for their podiums. Cheers to Rupe for being the new head honcho!

well, this was a great race for me, i was having some connection issues with some lag and cars dissapearing and reapearing some meters ahead, what made racing close with other cars a bit harder, i really had to believe they will be where i thought they were going to be, so i'm sorry if i touched any car, it wasn't intentional.

I had a good start behind Lukaz and both of us had to lift due to a car that was a bit slower on the start, the first lap was great, we were all close and racing cleanly, at the "hairpin" near the lake we even passed under a flying Jag, i thought i was seing things and that i must had a leak on the car and fumes were entering in the cockpit :roflmao:
On the first half of the race i was always near Lukaz the entire time, it was real good, at one time, me, Jay Adjie and Lukaz did the first corner side-by-side, it was really great racing. At a later stage of the race i was with Tim Ling and we were battling until the end of the race, i passed him, then he passed me, and we where like this for some laps, but then Tim passed me and kept ahead of me, but 2 laps before the finish of the race Tim failed the first turn and i was able to close the gap, then on the hairpin he went to the gravel and i was able to get byand open a bit of a gap, but my tires were gone and Time was able to get on my rear really quick, on the last lap i pushed as hard as i could, on the last corner (were Tim was faster than me) i went a bit too wide so i lost even more time then i usually did, fortunately i was able to keep ahead, a couple more meters and Tim had it, we were almost side-by-side. I finished my race in 15th:) , wich was really good for me since i missed last round and i didn't did too much of a race at Anglesey.

Congratulations top3 and those who finished.
Thank you for the great race ( particularly Jay, Lukaz and Tim)
Thank you for organizing this great league Rupe

Bit of a disappointment (result wise) this time, but the track was good fun. Finally a track I found really suited the Shelby, but I wasn't able to take full advantage.
Qualified P9 and held that spot for the first couple of laps and was trying to settle into tyre conservation mode, not pushing hard. On lap 3, exiting the final turn into the straight, I was hit from behind and spun around to face the on-coming traffic. With bad memories from the test event, I just sat there stationary, hoping and praying the swarm of on-coming cars could avoid me. It was scary, but miraculously, every one avoided me. I didn't know who hit me but since no one was waiting, I assumed I must have done something wrong.
I then had some fun working my way back through the field from the back, mainly passing down the looong straight which must have been frustrating to many drivers. I finally settled into a fairly lonely P10 for the last few laps, only to find Bob H sitting just before the finish line, giving me P9. Just as I was saying to myself "poor Bob, must have run out of fuel just before the line, I should have pushed him over the line", Bob hops on TS and apologizes for hitting me on lap 3, he was conceding me his spot. Thanks Bob, I was totally confused.

Grats to Neil, Knut, and Dmytro for the podium, looks like it was a great track for the Ferrari.
Huge thanks to Rupe for looking after this Round, and special thanks to Stuart for his original preparations.

Well not much to say really, my 3rd race on this track and so far a perfect 3 out of 3 :D
Sneaked in a late lap to grab pole, got an ok start and held onto the lead:)
But thnx to Knut for keeping the pressure on, but it was a bit of a stalemate as with both of us in the same car with the same gearing then we both hit the limiter on the straight so even with a tow he could not pass on the straight and i think i only made one little mistake which gave him a sniff of a chance but it is a easy track to defend on so he stayed where he was ;)
This next track however will not favour the Ferrari and i think it will be a hard battle between the Alpine's, Escort's and Porsche's but at least it is a bit easier to pass on so we should see lots of action.
thnx all for the race

Well I came away from that race feeling great ! Qualified 17th finished 13th. With some great class action, and clean racing in between. I managed to finish with only two minor spins - both at the same point on the track - why I keep getting mid race then deciding to try a previously untested line or gear through a corner I don't know - but I tried twice to hold 3rd further into the same bend and twice on the down change to 2nd as I raised the clutch the diff took over and twice I spun - dohhhh ! Anyway great fun - anyone whos driven this little Lotus will know drop below 5,000rpm and it just bogs down totally - Sorry to Rui and Lukaz - the slow car off the line was me - not enough clutch slip/wheelspin and it just bogged down on me. Mind you that might have saved us, as in front two cars went pirouetting (think one was Tim). Then the massively airborne Porsche and a Jaguar later that a group of us passed under - I was like 'hope we clear him before he lands on us!' we did. As Jack mentioned great fun with Bob, he and I, for a few laps. Thanks guys for that. Warren soon caught me up after his spin and for a lap it was interesting to see the difference as I pulled him in, in the braking zone, only to have him blast off on the straights - but hes much faster anyway so once he passed I knew he was gonna be off into the sunset, and he was. The Submarine Car almost had me falling off my chair as I laughed my head off - sorry Guus I didn't see you go in, but to see the dust cloud and a car driving around under water just tickled me, almost hit the wall watching you!

Another great race, thanks to all who attended and for the cleanness of it all - not watched the replay yet, but its got to be one of the most action packed of the season yet. Big thanks to admin and RD for bringing us RDHCS.

I got the same view of poor Roland snorkeling around there with dust clouds streaming behind him (still managing to smoke the tyres while underwater ). Very funny to watch but I'm sure Roland wasn't laughing at the time.

I love this circuit, but it was really a case of The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.

The Good: Until Monday's practice session I hadn't managed to get below a mid 2:10, but that turned into a 2:09, then, during quali I hit 2:08's, and I hit them consistently. Got to the grid well chuffed in 13th. :D:cool:

The Bad: Sitting on the start behind Bob H, I was expecting him to hit one of his great starts and have loads of room in front. However, he took it easy, making sure he avoided Warren's Shelby off the start. I actually got a good start, which coupled with Bob's caution left me sliding to the right, aiming for a gap which rapidly disappeared as Bob moved right. I backed out, as I knew I would be in Bob's blindspot, BUT...I managed to catch the upright of the gantry over the start line, which flipped and spun me, which was then made worse when Peter couldn't avoid my car. When I finally flipped upright I headed for the track & tried to figure out where I was...which was at the T3, the tight 180. By then I'd already received a S&G, so I roared away to get to the pits ASAP. By the time I'd managed to correctly take the penalty, I was dead last. Hey, at least I led the race for 1/2 a lap!

The Ugly:
So I set about chasing the pack. Along the way I snagged the "Most Overtakes" award, but this is where the Ugly comes in. The last 4 or 5 laps I was chasing Rui hard. I overtook him, then chased Jack. I lost control, lost time, the set about chasing Rui hard. Rinse and repeat  Dumb, dumb, dumb. :poop::sick::mad: Came home 16th, but it could have been better.
I almost got Rui at the end

Thanks to Stuart Thomson, Rupe and Knut for working hard to arrange this.

Congrats to Neil, Knut & Dmytro for a great podium.

No Problem Dave ;)
when we passed bellow the flying Jag i was just thinking "pleasa don't fall, please don't fall, please don't fall..." fortunately we passed before it did :roflmao:

Tim Ling i think we may be awarded the closest finish of the race ;) :roflmao:

I had another great race night, but unfortunately no good results to show for it, as I too suffered some Good, Bad and Ugly. :(

The good part was the biggest though, as my three nights of online practice beforehand, pre-race practice, Qualy and 3/4 of the race were all great fun! This practice-a-lot routine really starts to pay off!
This time round I made several slight changes to my setup and actually improved my laptimes substantially with those! I guess I learn a little every time!:D

So come race night I felt pretty comfy as by now I knew the track pretty well, and had a setup that allowed for pretty good laptimes. Practice indeed was good, but Qualy was just great! I decided to drop the "lose all fuel for Qualy" routine as that didn't get me anywhere the last two rounds, but started with half a tank instead. And managed to do a not-even-the-slightest-mistake lap which got me into 6th place:), within 0.3 sec. from Ross!! Much faster than I had hoped for!

Race start went well, of course the long straight towards T1 left the Alpine completely defenseless against the power cars, but I managed to hold on to 6th, chasing Ross and Leszek for a while, and then Ross and Dmytro, while about halfway into the race to my amazement I could still actually see the race leaders not-too-far in front.
After Ross ran wide in T1 I climbed to 4th for a very short moment, and once he got by me again I could actually more-or-less keep up with him, which was quite a big surprise to me and it felt pretty good.:p

So much for the good part.

The Bad: In lap 15, almost on Ross' tail coming down the hill towards the lake, I noticed that in my excitement I had pulled my wheel slightly loose from the desk, so while on the short straight I pushed it back on. But in doing so I must have just touched a key on my keyboard, as my screen suddenly switched to nose view ?!?
Huh!? OK, stay calm, just slow down a bit and reach for the INSERT button to return to cockpit view.
WTH? Nothing happens?? OK I'll try again on the home straight...
Hang on, U-turn coming up so I better start brak... WHAT?? The car is braking without me already?? and steering too???...

OMG....
THIS IS NOT MY CAR!!

I must have accidently pushed the numeric "+" key, and now I'm riding along with Ross!! Oh NOES!! So I frantically started pushing the "+" an "-" keys, but by the time I found my own cockpit again I was already fully submerged and surrounded by plants, without a clue where in the lake I was.. Oh man, I felt like such a moron!

It took me well over a minute and a half to find a way out of the lake and back on track, in 20th place by then.. You're right Warren, I wasn't laughing.
But hey, the Alpine proved to be pretty waterproof so I set off to chase Lukasz. Caught up with him, passed him and in the final lap even managed to overtake Peter for 18th, but then he rewarded me with a nice pat on the back ;) so no more chance to hunt down Hans and finished in 18th....

The Ugly: I felt so very embarrased I quit the game and TS without properly saying goodbye.
I'm sorry gents, but I just didn't feel up to hearing you guys joking about over TS.

Grats to Neil, Knut and Dmytro, and thank you all for another good night of fair and clean racing.

And of course a big thanks to Stuart, Knut and Rupe for all your work on these events. This league season has already proven to be an EPIC one, even if we're only halfway yet.:thumbsup:

Thats just classic ! I can imagine the sheer panic and confusion !
