I just sent a request for our team in the GTC "ISI C6R" Class
Our team is really excited about this series, see you on track

Welcome aboard Jean-Simon.
The C6 R will feel like an old friend once you hace done this series.
I did learn something about the yellow temp car here. I always thought it was just if you didnt have that skin.
However the good news is two fold.
1) If you see a yellow temp car it will either be an LMP1 which is 20 sec faster per lap and it will become very clear within 1 corner or straight you are not racing him, or it will be a C6R or GTE which in effect you will be racing. Their pace is somewhat similar.
1) the livetiming provided will give you a track map. Your team mates through team speak will be able to keep you updated ie "car you are approaching is a GTE and 3 laps down" or car approaching you is 2 laps up and lapping you" This along with their ability to tell you what the real weather (so in-game weather) is doing through the wundermap and advise you what is going on means they can help you a lot.

Templates have been released
You can download the templates to create your own car liveries here. A short tutorial can be found here.
Feel free to adjust the skins to your liking, however you shall not move or obscure the number plates.
Additional fonts are not needed (just ignore the warning when you open the file).

Your start number will be given to you after the sign-up period has ended. To change the number on the plates all you have to do is hide/unhide layers until the corresponding digits are displayed (eye symbol on screenshot below).

All final skins with a start number can be send as dds file to @Dennis Coufal.

Yes I really hope the C6R to become an old friend like you said... my previous league was using the C6R and I was like "Yeah I will learn a lot with this car" unfortunately , they modified it to fit with other class with new tires and all. It was a good idea, but the C6R lost his drama with this update... that is why seeing a league using the stock ISI C6R really thrill us

I just filled the post to have a free racing license. I will ask my teammate to do the same

Free choice as far as I know. The 2010 one has a bit more power and the 2009 has more mid range grunt. I prefer the 2010 spec, because of the easier driveability and bit higher top speed, but the 2009 is a lot of fun

I like the design of the number plates However the placement, at least on the Vette, is just horrible. They are placed where the main sponsor logos would go; right in the middle of the hood and middle of the side doors. Could that be adjusted? Thx

Also, with PS CS 5.1 openign the body psd I get note saying the document contains unknown data which will be discarded to keep the layers editable. But it seems to open just fine.

@Tero Dahlberg We tried to place the plates similiar to where they are placed IRL but most importantly at the same spot for every car.
It's indeed an inconsistency that the side plates on the URD Vette where at the center and not at the front fo the door - this has been changed

Btw: The files where created in Photoshop CC, but it should also work for older versions. If not just let me know

Ok, a little teaser for all interested out there.

@Simon Christmann and @Frederic Schornstein from TXL racing entered in the LMP1 cars in a 1 hour race at Sebring. The only cars in class, but as both had limited practice and very diffrent setups it made for great side-by-side racing. Also traffic from the GTE cars made it all a bit more intense.

FKR "Flying Krobar Racing" has applied for a license in the GTE class F430 for this epic event ! we have 2 drivers and look forward to the challenge if our license is approved !

I do have a question regarding the driver swap and setup ..is their anyway to have individual set up's for the 2 drivers ? or do we have to use the same set ?
I think I know the answer but we need to know for sure ..;-)

I'm looking for a LMP1 Seat. I'm a pretty experienced driver doing simracing since 15 years or so. Mainly open wheel specialist and reasonable fast driven for years in FSR. I have driven a couple of races in Endurance in the earlier seasons with a overall 4th spot qualifying in a LMP2 @ Fuji probably as the most impressive result. Other then that im calculated and love it to race in rF2 with changing track conditions.

If there is any team interested drop me a message and i happily do some testing so you can check me out.

I will try to answer your connection. I think their is a multiplayer.json setting that allow to use the same setup when you do a driver's change or not.

I think that it is more realistic to use the same setup for the swap.
keep in mind that their is 2 thing change during a driver swap. Brake pressure and Steering lock.

Lets say that I am the first driver on the race with a setup and 100% brake pressure and 25degree sterring lock. When my teammate arrived on the game and do the swap, the game read the brake pressure and steering lock of the FAVORITE (assigned has favorite setup) setup of the next drivers... so if he had 95% and 20degree he will have it.

All drivers in the team will have to use the same setup for their car. The only parameters that can be customised for each driver include steering angle, brake bias, and other values that can be edited live (via the pit menu, or whilst driving).
