They didn't have a number one driver because THERE WASN'T A NUMBER ONE DRIVER. Even Ferrari give both their drivers equal chances at the start, then they start favouring the driver that is better. At Mclaren the two drivers were pretty much equal in performance. should they just pick one of the drivers from a hat and start favouring them.
And how is it a joke to let a rookie race a world champion. You don't just make someone the second driver because their team-mate is older and therfore has had more success That is possibly the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard
