how to install?

To run them from the game you need to have rbr rx plugin installed and then just extract those archives to RX_CONTENT folder located in game's main folder.

If you are using RSRBR mod then you need to repack these archives to .7z format with the following structure:
Arula 10,6.7z=>
Plugins
RX_CONTENT=>
Common
Tracks => Arula 10,6

Then put .7z file to RXRSRBR folder located in game's main folder.

After you have made the Alakyla stage, do you take another project like this:

this stage called vissi video starts in 1:30

First you need download rbr patch and install it http://download.cnet.com/Richard-Burns-Rally-v1-02-patch/3000-7513_4-10332354.html
Then download and intall plugin http://rbr.onlineracing.cz/index.php?act=download&cat=14

Then.. Create the "RX_CONTENT" folder to rbr directory by yourself. Inside it create a "Tracks" folder

then download this file http://www.filedropper.com/rbrrx and put it plugins folder in rbr folder

Then you can download these stages and unpack it rx_content and tracks folder. play it from options>plugins>rbr_rx
