Raven 1.3.1 does not open the window fully

Hi, I am using the 0.65 version of Racer so long as the new ones don't work in my 5 years old PC. But the big issue here is that the program Raven, version 1.3.1 does not open fully in a window when I start it, thus not allowing me to see it throughly.

Does somebody know what the problem might be? or provide me with a former version that may work better in my PC?

If there is a .ini file you might check the screen resolution. That's a problem with current ver 0.0820 tracked or modeller.
