Random Red Pixels on Monitor

If you see random red pixels on your monitor -- don't necessarily fret that your monitor is about to die or that your GFX card is failing. Check your monitor lead connection from the GFX card to the monitor. More likely than not it is a loose connection. That's what I had last night and greatly relieved it was nothing more serious. More likely perhaps to hit 3-screen users where cables can get stretched. >>That concludes this public service information announcement<<
