You mention US timezone, do you want a special USA timezone, on Monday 10th at 11.00 GMT?? That would be 6AM Monday USA Eastern?

Europe Start: 20:00 GMT Monday *
OCX Start: 21.30 GMT Monday *
US Start: 05:00 GMT Tuesday (midnight EDST (USA), 10PM Mountain Time) *
Oceania Start: 09:30 GMT Tuesday

It depends on which Session you choose to drive.
Here are the Session start times (from the Event top post):

Europe Start: 20:00 GMT Monday *
OCX Start: 21.30 GMT Monday *
US Start: 05:00 GMT Tuesday (midnight EDST (USA), 10PM Mountain Time) *
Oceania Start: 09:30 GMT Tuesday (Queensland start time 7:30PM, NSW and VIC start time 8:30PM. ) *

The Server will open these Sessions at these times and you have 15 mins to join them.

EDIT: There may be additional Sessions depending on requests.
