Hi fellow racers, I just wanted to post here some open-source software I am working on. The idea is to have database driven racing league system that can log race wins and stats etc. It will have upcoming races and support for multiple concurrent leagues for those of you with lots of time on your hands.
I'm coding it in PHP and Mysql and will be releasing as an open source standalone software and maybe even a free website with user accounts.
Personally it's just a pet project of mine to keep my coding skills fresh and I like working with numbers so a racing league system is pure heaven. I just wondered if anyone would be interested in something like this either for their website or league?

- User Accounts
- Create multiple leagues
- Add races to leagues
- Add date, time and timezone to each race
- Upcoming races page
- Overall standings page (calculate league positions)
- Log each racers position after the race
- Distribute points
- Allow points to be different depending on each league
- Add style to the website (currently only working on functionality until the feature list has been locked down)
