GTR evolution doesnt not start .. I mean when i run race07.exe i dont get GTR evolution menu .. im not using steam version .. sry my english
Are you using a legal offline version or a cracked warez game? If it is a warez game don't even bother discussing it here (hint!) 
If you have an offline version of RACE 07. Did you buy the GTR Evolution expansion pack for it? Because RACE 07 itself doesnt have the GTR Evo content by default
