Verdict: A detailed review reveals cuts in the following laps being within 101.5% of the fastest lap of the actual stint of the driver:
2,5,6,7,9,10,14,18,19,25,31,34,43,53

The cut laps (14/55) account for above 20% but under 30% of the race total laps, the verdict being +60 seconds to race time for Room.


#2 Atze Kerkhof

Protest: Kerkhof breached rules by cutting 37 times during the 55 laps race.

Verdict: A detailed review reveals cuts in the following laps being within 101.5% of the fastest lap of the actual stint of the driver:
3,10,11,12,15,16,20,24,31,32,38,39,43,47,48,52,54

The cut laps (17/55) account for above 30% of the race total laps, the verdict being disqualification for Kerkhof. At the request of the driver, his actual race replay was used in judging aforementioned cuts.


#3 David Dominguez

Protest: Dominguez breached rules by cutting unacceptable amount of laps.

Verdict: A detailed review reveals cuts in the following laps being within 101.5% of the fastest lap of the actual stint of the driver:
23,37,38,52,53

The cut laps (5/55) account for below 10% of the total laps, hence the protest being redundant and no action taken.

and i dont find where the rule say that when your 2 wheels are on the white line=cut
i knew that when all my wheels totaly go OVER the white is cut , not when wheels ON the white line.

Umm sry my bad, on this track was 2 white lines, outside white line wasnt part of the track. But no cutting on lap 51
