#1 Jack Keithley - Jernej Simoncic - Lap 12 T4

Protest: Keithley pushes Simoncic wide and out of the track.

Review: Keithley and Simoncic approach turn 4 alongside, with Simoncic on the outside. After the corner apex, Keithley continues on a wide trajectory, forcing Simoncic to use part of the off-track on the exit, costing him time.

Verdict: 0.5 penalty points to Jack Keithley


#2 Eros Masciulli

Protest: Despite having no direct interest, we would like to bring to admin attention a conduct which we find really serious by Masciulli, delibeating cutting entire parts of track. Attached file is from Korea and in support of this protest, just as proof of attitude, we will send a separate one about his conduct in Suzuka.

Review: On lap 44, Masciulli straight-lines the corner complex T4-T5-T6. This was not a result of any obvious driving mistake or late braking. The move gained Masciulli approximately 2 seconds on the cars ahead.

Verdict: 1 race ban to Eros Masciulli for intentional race cutting with the result of gaining significant amount of time to cars ahead.

Sorry guys for this fault, I accept it 'cause my penalty is deserved, but race ban is in my opinion little too hard for 2 seconds gained.

Are you kidding me?
You cutted the whole f**king chicane, this has nothing to do with fair simracing. Moreover you did the same three times on Suzuka. In my opinion you should have been banned for the rest of the season. Get some fair behavior on track and then come back as a fair sportsman.

And Silverstone WC, and Silverstone WS... after getting such penalties I simply can't understand why do you keep cutting...

I get DQ on Silverstone and DQ on Silverstone, so I think it was ok for that races. I know it is a fault but if this is so important you could DQ me again and let me race, I did nothing dangerous for the others. But I don't want to make stupid protest about race direction because I accept it with no problem, I only request little info at the race directors.

Maurice I was not talking with you and I would a little more respect from other people because I am not here racing to be a clown.
From the start of the season there are a lot more incidents in which I am victim comparing with the incident in which I am responsable, so I am not too s**t like sportsman.
I am almost sick of this.

Let's calm down here. The penalty was given on principle, not for the time gain itself. I don't like to see such racing here so it's a 1 race ban which I think is heavy enough penalty for this and then we move on.
